Connectors and switches
SHIELD is an Italian based company, specialized in a complete range of connectors : M8, M12, valve connectors and switches for the industrial automation market.
M8 and M12 connectors
Mainly used for valves, pumps, motors and sensors in particularly harsh environments in order to work in electrical and mechanical stresses. They are available in different versions with several circuits and cable types.
Cable connectors at customer’s request
Shield technical department can design new connectors according to customer’s request.
Miniature reed and electronic magnetic switches
Mainly used to detect the position of the magnetic piston in pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders. Large range of versions are available, also top mounting.
Electrovalve connectors
Mainly used for the electrical supply of electrovalves as well as for small motors, pumps, level switches. Available with moulded cable or screw contact version. Options like PCB’s for signalization or protection can be supplied.
Reed and electronic magnetic switches with high switching power
Mainly used to detect the position of the magnetic piston in pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders. Large range of versions are available: normally open, normally closed or change over contacts, with or without connector.
