Wim Van Kerckhove

Wim is one of our “dinosaurs”, he has been working at Elipse for 15 years. He started working at Elipse as an inside sales engineer. After a year, he took on the challenge of outside sales and later grew to become a key account manager. He has been sales manager for the whole of Belgium since 2016.

My story

I chose Elipse because the position matched what I had studied. Unlike in my previous jobs, the commercial part was part of my job.


I still remember my first day well. It was my birthday that day and I was immediately invited to a sales meeting in Germany. Along the way, I got to know my new boss (Evert Gys) better. His humanity and cordiality are clearly reflected in the way he manages his company. Such a boss is hard to find.


My job

As a sales manager seeing my colleagues score with resolving cases or bringing in new orders gives me enormous satisfaction. Perseverance to keep looking for a suitable solution, a good negotiation strategy combined with commercial flair should certainly not be missing.

Working together and seeing my colleagues score makes me happy, this makes me want to start again every Monday morning.

Our E-team

There is a flat structure, everyone is close to each other. We are a modern company where there is a close and positive vibe between colleagues.
